Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Bateria Moura.
Administrative Intern
The interview process was quite relaxed, though it involved several steps. There were three interviews in total. The first two interviews included group activities or dynamics. The final interview was with the hiring manager, who provided more details about the internship program.
- Tell me about your previous work experiences.
Intern
I made it to the final stage. They asked me to prepare a presentation about some problems they pointed out. I presented to the managers, and after that, they never replied or got back to me about the job. They just disappeared. Whenever I ran into someone who worked there, either on LinkedIn or in person, they'd reply at first, and I'd ask for help, and then they'd also disappear. It's a company with no humanity. They give you work, create hope, and then destroy everything without giving any explanation.
- Tell me about a time you had to deal with pressure to deliver results. How did you react?
- What usually motivates you to do your best in a work environment?
- Have you ever had to solve a problem without having all the resources or information? How did you handle it?
Intern
Interviewed directly with the recruiter, the interview was online, individual, and relaxed. They asked common questions about skills, tell me about yourself, and what you like to do in your free time. Then, you receive feedback by email if you are approved or not. I found the process very relaxed and fast.
- Tell me about yourself, your courses, and how you see yourself in 5 years.
