Supervisor
Before the interview, do your homework on the company: history, mission, values, culture, products/services. Then, review your resume so you know your experiences well to answer clearly. Dress appropriately, matching the company's style (formal, casual, or intermediate). Practice answers to common and behavioral questions. Prepare questions for the recruiter to show interest and engagement. The interview starts with the recruiter welcoming you and explaining the conversation flow. Usually, there's a brief intro to the company and the role. You'll introduce yourself briefly: name, education, key experiences, and motivation. Then, the recruiter digs into questions about your professional experience: activities, results, learnings. Technical skills: software, languages, tools. Behavioral (soft skills): communication, teamwork, leadership, resilience. Often using the STAR method (Situation, Task, Action, Result). Specific questions for the role might include practical tests (e.g., a sales case, a financial spreadsheet, a written assignment). They'll check your technical knowledge related to the area (e.g., legislation, processes, KPIs) and your cultural fit with the company. The interviewer usually lets you ask questions. Good questions show interest. Finally, the recruiter explains the next steps (deadlines, feedback, subsequent phases). You thank them for the opportunity, reaffirm your interest, and say goodbye politely. After the interview, you can send a thank-you email reinforcing your interest. Reflect on your performance to prepare for future opportunities. Wait for feedback within the agreed timeframe.

Inside Sales Representative
The interview was relaxed, we had the opportunity to talk and the interviewer was very clear. We discussed things like daily routines, challenges in past roles, and I was asked to talk about my career success stories.
- Could you tell us about the challenges you faced in your previous roles?
- Tell us about your day-to-day routines.
- Describe the challenges you encountered in past positions.
Intern
I made it to the final stage. They asked me to prepare a presentation about some problems they pointed out. I presented to the managers, and after that, they never replied or got back to me about the job. They just disappeared. Whenever I ran into someone who worked there, either on LinkedIn or in person, they'd reply at first, and I'd ask for help, and then they'd also disappear. It's a company with no humanity. They give you work, create hope, and then destroy everything without giving any explanation.
- Tell me about a time you had to deal with pressure to deliver results. How did you react?
- What usually motivates you to do your best in a work environment?
- Have you ever had to solve a problem without having all the resources or information? How did you handle it?
