Behavioral Technical Case

It was a really long and technical process for a graduate program. First, there was a recruiter call in English with behavioral questions. Then, a 45-minute interview with a manager and an HR person from the site, conducted in both Italian and English. This part included an Excel exercise where you don't have much time, and they want you to talk through your thought process and explain the reasoning behind your choices.
