Group Case Presentation Behavioral

The whole day interview process (9 AM to 5 PM) was divided into several stages to find the right profile for the job. The stages were: 1. Personal/professional group presentation. 2. A group case study to solve and present to the recruiter. 3. After presentations and candidate selection, a new, harder case study is given to solve and present to the hiring manager and recruiters, with a debate including challenging questions from the manager. 4. If you pass this stage, you proceed to a personal interview where the manager asks all questions and gets to know you better to choose the candidate.

Behavioral Technical

The overall process was quite professional, especially from Promoplan handling HR. However, the interviewers were very unpleasant, trying to destabilize me. I received a very aggressive personal remark. They asked if I was arrogant after I answered questions about my motivations. I felt like I had vultures in front of me. In the end, I remained calm because I thought it was a test and given the interview's duration, I didn't want to ruin everything by telling them off. To conclude, I received a call from Promoplan informing me I wasn't hired because I don't know enough about the vape world (as if it's a highly technical field...) and my English is insufficient, even though my level wasn't tested. That said, the HR person did her job well by asking for precise feedback, apologized for her client's behavior, and thanked me for participating. This somewhat salvaged the experience compared to BAT where I encountered three total jerks (I couldn't hold back and hope they're reading this).
