First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at BAT.
Project Manager
I applied online and got an email saying they'd review my application and might send some assessments. The process involved assessments, then a phone interview, and more steps. A few hours later, I got an invite for a cultural assessment, which I completed successfully. Then, I got another invite for a numerical test, which I also passed. The next part was a verbal reasoning test, which I finished and got congratulated for moving on. The next stage was supposed to be a phone interview, according to the emails. But then, weeks later, I got a standard refusal. It's weird that the company gives out wrong info about their hiring process.
