I was contacted via LinkedIn, then I submitted an application. There was an HR phone screen that lasted about 30 minutes. After that, I interviewed with actual team members for the position I applied for. Then there was a group interview which was part of an assessment center. Finally, there was another interview.

I got this interview through an employee referral. The whole process took about a month and a half. After a CV screening, I did Pymetrics tests, had 2 HR interviews, a group case study, and an individual case study. Finally, there was a one-on-one interview with questions about the business case.

After I sent in my resume, I went through a few rounds of the hiring process, which included some tests, then a first interview with HR, then a second interview, and then a final interview. Once I sent in my resume, they asked me to take some tests to see if I had the skills and qualifications for the job. These tests were a chance for me to show off what I know and prove I was a good fit.
