The interview process involved an initial call, followed by a group discussion, and then a final interview. The whole process took about two weeks from the application date. The group discussion was typical, and the final interview was quite brief. It included basic questions about my background, my coding abilities, my proficiency with Excel, and my availability given the rigorous nature of the internship.

The selection process was really smooth. I applied through a third-party company, not directly with BAT, but the selection process was practically the same. First, we had to solve a group case with 7 people, and then we had to debate this case. The next step was an interview with the managers for the position, and right after that, document submission. The entire selection process took 2 months overall.
