They have 4 rounds of interviews in Chandigarh. First is a telephonic round which is a general discussion. Then there are two strong technical rounds, one called Technical1 and another called Technical 2 Finland. After that, there's a Managerial Round and then a Country Head Round.

I had two interviews with this company. I want to say the interviewers were pathetic because they don't listen to what I say. Their ego gets hurt easily. They just try to make you fail in one area of your skills and keep pushing there instead of moving on to other questions. Basware really needs to change their interview panels at the Chandigarh location. Interviewers are too inclined towards theoretical answers instead of practical ones given by the candidate.
