There were three rounds of interviews. I started with HR, and then I had two more interviews with team managers. They asked me about my experience and general knowledge about invoicing solutions. They also seemed to appreciate it when I asked them questions.

The interview started off okay, but as it went on, it felt like they were asking me questions meant for someone just starting out. They didn't ask about the technologies I listed on my resume, except for SQL. Instead, they asked questions that a Tester, DevOps person, or a Developer would typically be asked.

So, first there was an aptitude test with 3 questions, they check your analytical ability. Then a technical test on Database (like queries) and networking, and also letter writing. After that, a GD round where they asked common questions like 'Tell us about yourself', 'Why Basware?', and some tricky ones like 'How do you feel about women wearing shorts?' - presence of mind is key here. Finally, a personal interview asking about nervousness and English fluency, followed by a technical interview focused on 'DATABASE'.
