So, first, we'll have a quick chat on the phone to see if you're a good fit overall. If that goes well, we'll bring you in for an interview, which could be in person or virtual. During the interview, we'll ask some behavioral questions, give you some technical challenges, and maybe even do some role-playing to check out your skills and if you'd fit in with the team. After that, you'll just have to wait to hear back from us about whether we're moving forward with a job offer or not.

The interview process was simple and straightforward. It was pretty relaxed but also informative about how the company operates. They were open to my questions and answered them appropriately. I think it's a good company to work for if I get the opportunity.

This interview was a complete waste of time. The hiring manager and supervisor came across as very pretentious and fake. They asked questions that were not even relevant to the job I applied for. After the interview, I emailed the hiring manager, but she never responded, even though she was calling me nonstop before to get me to come in.

The interview was pretty chill! I wore a skirt, a cute top, a blazer, and heels. The interviewer asked why I was interested in Bassett, about my previous experience, how I handle teamwork, and my availability. The interviewer was super friendly on the phone, it really felt more like a chat than a formal interview. Having real experiences to talk about really helps.
