It was a one on one, in person interview. The interviewer was professional and conversational, making for a comfortable setting and guiding the interview well. They don't hire on the spot, which I think is a good sign.

The interview process was pretty straightforward. I was a bit nervous, and I even came in a bit dirty from my current job, but they were cool about it. I didn't find out about the benefits until the second interview, which are actually great. The people I met were really nice and professional. I'm looking forward to working there.
