Demand Planner
The interview was a panel, and there was a rude person during it. Thankfully, I didn't get the job because I would have had to work in that kind of environment! They all seemed uninterested and were just there for the interview, not smiling, just asking questions and moving on.

Planner
So, for an internal transfer, it's one interview process with managers. If there's a position vacant, they give it to internal folks first. If no one qualifies, then they open it for external candidates.
- Can you explain your planning process?
- Could you go through a case to explain your planning process?
Supply Chain Intern
Extremely good experience. The first step was a call with HR in Malaysia to introduce the role and get to know you better. After that, they sent an Excel file with data for you to work on, involving EDA, ETL, and generating insights. The third interview involved presenting your Excel work and explaining your thought process. The fourth interview was with the VP of the department, a personal chat, and very relaxed.
- Can you tell me what you know about supply chain?
- Tell me about Project X from your resume.
