I had a 30-min phone chat with the hiring manager where we went over my resume and some technical stuff. Then, there was an on-site panel interview that lasted about an hour, followed by a tour of the plant. The whole thing took about 4 weeks. The interview panel was really great and explained everything clearly, although I wasn't a huge fan of the STAR questions. About two weeks later, the hiring manager called with feedback, which was a surprise since it was a 'no offer'. At least I knew not to keep waiting.

The topics discussed weren't very specific to the actual job, though. The company provided good support and lunch. However, I didn't receive much feedback afterward.
