The interview experience was awesome! It was a panel discussion with 3 people! I really enjoyed the interview, which lasted almost an hour! They had me present a case for 20 minutes and then asked some follow-up questions.

So the interview kicked off with a quick hello, then we spent a good chunk of time going over my resume, pointing out the important stuff, and then it wrapped up with some good questions about why I'm excited about the company and if I fit with what they're aiming for.

The whole thing took about 4 weeks. I applied online and they got back to me about 2 weeks after that. No phone screen, but I did talk to a group of 4 managers. It was an hour long, and they asked a bunch of behavioral questions, like 30 of them. The main thing is to use your experience to give examples of how you handled stuff in the past. They let me know about a week later that I got the offer. Their hiring process is really quick, and I liked that they were so on top of it.
