I applied online and then got an interview request about a month later. The first interview got canceled really last minute, like 3 hours before. After it eventually happened, I had to wait another 2 months for an update. Then, I just got a basic rejection email, no feedback at all. I wouldn't suggest this place unless you absolutely need a job.

The hiring process was pretty drawn out. It started with a recruiter reaching out on LinkedIn. After I spoke with him, I had another screening with the hiring manager. Then there was a Skype Panel meeting, and finally a formal on-site interview where I met with stakeholders, the hiring manager, and the site manager. Everyone was really nice and made me feel welcome. They also paid me back for my travel expenses pretty quickly after the on-site. The only part that felt genuinely "formal" was the panel interview with stakeholders at the site. I was asked behavioral questions, some that were specific to the skills needed, and also some multi-part questions. Overall, I felt pretty at ease during the whole thing.

I had an onsite interview that was conducted with 2 people from the team I would be interning with. The interview was about an hour long and I really enjoyed it overall. The interviewers were very nice and seemed very interested.
