The first interview was a 30-minute call with the recruiter, mainly about my resume, work history, and salary expectations. The second interview was with the hiring manager and a colleague. It was more of an open discussion with various questions. Besides checking my experience and motivation, I felt it was also about getting to know me better and assessing my fit for the team. *** A very disappointing experience, unprofessional process, and lack of appreciation. Pros: Friendly initial contact with the recruiter, clear structure of the first interview, nice manager and colleague. I really appreciated the conversation with them. Cons: I was promised an answer the week after the second (and final) interview in late September. Instead, I was ghosted. I reached out to the recruiter in mid-October for an update and got no response. I finally got a message at the end of November. I wasn't expecting a response at all by then, let alone a positive one. The message was automated, in a different language than the interviews, and from someone I'd never heard of. It felt very distant and unappreciative. Overall, the process felt very unprofessional. The way candidates are treated shows little respect for their time and effort. The entire process from application to rejection took over four and a half months, which felt excessively long.

The interview process began with a one-hour conversation with the department manager. They were friendly and easy to talk to. The manager first went over the job details and how the company operates. They asked questions about common interview topics, plus specific accounting and software stuff. They also asked me about my experience working with accounting systems in other countries.

The interview process involved three back-to-back interviews with two managers and one director, starting at 7 am and finishing by 10 am. I also met with the VP. It's a great company with great people. We discussed my experience, the position's details, and the company's goals. They also talked about community service the company participates in. Diversity and career planning seem to be high priorities. Telecommuting and flex time options were mentioned.
