Finance Coordinator
I applied online and then heard back about 3 months later for an interview. I had to fill out a PDF application and then had a Zoom interview with three people from the search committee.

The process started with looking over my application, then there was a short interview online. We talked about my school stuff, classes I took and how I solve problems. Also talked about what I like, working with others and my plans for the future. It was a pretty easy chat, mostly about if I'd be a good fit and if I was motivated, not really a technical test.
