Fulfillment Specialist
I applied through my college job board and got a call to schedule an interview. I went in and had two interviews back to back with two sales people. The interviews lasted about an hour to an hour and a half combined. I got an offer within a few days after my interview.
- If you could be any animal, which one would you choose and why?
- Tell me about three of your strengths.
- What are three weaknesses you possess that are relevant to this role?
Fulfillment Specialist
Started with a quick, casual phone chat. Then, an in-person interview was set up shortly after. I went to the office and met with two managers individually. The first manager had a long list of questions. After that interview, they passed the paper and my resume to the second manager, who asked more specific questions building on my previous answers.
- What is your motivation for pursuing a career in sales?
- Do you believe you are suited for a demanding sales role?
- How do you handle interacting with people?
Fulfillment Specialist
The interview process was great! It started with a phone screening that was relaxed and friendly. The in-person interview had the same vibe. Everyone I met was super friendly and helpful. Barton was quick to respond, calling about 24 hours later with my offer. I'm very excited to join the team!
- Are you interested in earning a substantial income?
- What motivates your interest in a sales role?
- What specific skills do you possess that would benefit this role?
