First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Bart.
Engineer
The interview process was straightforward, involving just two interviews. They inquired about my interests, my future aspirations, and my knowledge base. The interviewers were pleasant and maintained a professional demeanor.
- Could you tell me about your biggest weakness?
Engineer
After I submitted my essay, I got a call for a phone interview. There were 4 managers on the phone and they asked straightforward questions. I got an offer a few days later.
- Can you tell me about a project you've worked on before?
Engineering
The interview process involved 5 fairly straightforward questions. Nothing particularly novel. It felt very structured and routine, as if they were just following a script. My interview was conducted over the phone. Most interns had in-person interviews, but doing it over the phone doesn't put you at any disadvantage.
- Could you share which college class was your favorite?
