It was a behavioral interview. They were thorough and pertinent on values and being self-driven. They care about the culture and hammer into you that managing people's money is an important job in life. They do push you towards insurance, though, which can be a turn-off.

It was a pretty standard interview process, not too many technical questions. The questions they asked seemed more qualitative than quantitative. The interviewers were nice and helpful. There were three rounds of interviews, and they all had the same format with different interviewers.

I met recruiters at Barnum's college career fair in my Junior and Senior years. One recruiter reached out about an advisor role, but I was more interested in a different department, so she sent my resume to them. I got a call and then met an employee in person in March. Even though there were no openings then, she contacted me again in August when a position opened up, and I met the department head. Both interviews were great! They asked tough but interesting questions to get a sense of my interests, strengths, and goals. The interviewers were really professional, friendly, and easy to chat with. I did get the internship offer, and the job expectations and opportunities they described in the interview were accurate and exceeded them. I'm glad they saved my resume and offered me a role that suited both me and the company!
