Great work culture! I loved my boss, my coworkers and the job. The job success depends a lot on campus partners. Worth working for! Very retail. Rush periods and slow periods.

I was contacted right away by a store manager for a quick phone interview. My resume was sent to the regional manager and I set up a phone interview with her. On the day of my interview, she called and rescheduled for the next day because of a dental emergency. The next day came and I didn't hear from her, so I called and left a voicemail. I then got an email the next day saying she forgot about our interview and asked if we could do it that day. I replied that I was available but never heard back. I sent a follow-up email a few days later and still no response. Then, a week later, I got an automated email saying the job was no longer available. It was a really bad experience being strung along and not getting any answers.

I had a face-to-face interview with the Store Manager and the General (Area) Manager, and then a phone interview with the Regional Manager. The General Manager rescheduled the meeting for 30 minutes later without letting me know, so I ended up waiting for 45 minutes before my interview. The Store Manager showed me some of the store's processes, acting as if I was already hired. The interview itself was quite easy. I asked a lot about Loss Prevention, but it seems like it's not as important here as in my previous retail jobs.
