The interview process was pretty standard. I first spoke with the wife, who was nice, then the husband, the COO. He was really rude, though. They offer a low salary and expect you to work in the office five days a week, with no flexibility. When I mentioned I was looking for a remote role, he got upset and insisted that success is only possible in person and that remote work isn't viable. I disagreed, citing my four years of successful remote work, which he didn't take well. His rudeness, combined with other negative reviews I'd seen, made me decide not to proceed. He also dismissed the bad reviews as coming from lazy people who didn't want to succeed. I don't recommend wasting your time here.

First, I talked to a recruiter. Then, I had an interview with a senior account executive for 15 minutes and a sales manager for another 15 minutes. The last interview was a presentation based on a prompt or maybe about the product/service I last sold.

Behavioral Technical Other

So, first I had a phone interview with two Sales Managers, they were both really nice. After that, they told me I had to do an 'Assessment,' which was basically a logic and math test, kinda like a Wonderlic, but without a calculator. Then there was a personality test where you rate how much you agree or disagree with statements from 1 to 5. Honestly, that part wasn't great, the questions were super vague and it seemed weird to base hiring on that. A few hours after finishing the assessments, I got an automated email saying they hired someone else. I really liked the interview and talking to the managers, but it felt like the assessments were the main thing, not the connection I made with them.
