Presentation

I went through the interview process in 2019. It started with a recruiter call, followed by a second interview. For the final round, I was asked to complete a design test. Typically, design tests aren't directly related to the company's product, and I was hesitant to use their product in my submission. Unfortunately, a few months later, I noticed the same design I created was used in one of their targeted ads, which felt like they stole my work.

I had a phone interview and then they sent me a test project. I spent my entire weekend working on it and turned it in on Monday. After that, I never got a response. It felt like a complete waste of my time and honestly, it's pretty disrespectful to people in the creative field. Just because we're designers doesn't mean we don't value our free time!

Behavioral

The interview started with a phone screen. After that, I met with two people for an in-person interview. The atmosphere was really chill, with lots of dogs around. They greeted me right away and offered water or coffee. I got a tour of the office, which was pretty cool, with dogs playing and dog-themed decorations on the walls.
