I first talked to HR, then interviewed with a Director. The Director seemed busy and not very engaged, rushing our call between other meetings. He didn't really look at my CV or ask about my experience. A week later, I asked HR for feedback. HR gave me detailed feedback on a Teams call, which I thought was fine. But then I never heard back from them. It was really unprofessional, and honestly, I'm glad it's over. I didn't follow up because their actions said it all.

Behavioral Case Presentation

First there were some pleasant talks where they seemed really interested in me. Then came Interview 1, which was more of an informal chat. After that, Interview 2 was with HR. Interview 3 involved chatting with two team members. Next up, Interview 4 was a case study done with two team members. Finally, Interview 5 was a chat with a Partner, and I got an offer!

Behavioral Case Presentation Technical

You’ll start with a screening call with the Talent team. Depending on the BU, for Technology roles, you’ll have an initial interview with a Director. Then, you’ll do a 2-hour case study interview with 2 Senior Managers or Directors. You’ll get 1 hour to prep and then 1 hour to present the case study material. This will show your analytical reasoning and approach, presentation ability, communication style, and ability to synthesize information. The final interview will be with a Partner.
