It was an online assessment centre. It was well organised with 3 calls, one interview, one cv screen and one exercise review for a task that they previously emailed to you. Very diverse group of candidates in the AC, which was nice to see. Was difficult to understand what they were looking for in candidates. Overall pleasant experience. HR interviewers made you feel welcome.

I went through a team assessment center and then an interview. The group assessment was pretty straightforward; the main thing was to balance client and manager needs while working well in a team. The interview itself was fine, though a bit more intimidating because I was in a room with two partners.

The recruitment process was super quick and efficient. They were really clear about when the assessment days would be, what they expected from us, and when we'd hear back, and they totally delivered on all of that. The assessment day included a competency interview and a case interview, followed by a group exercise. Everyone was really nice and friendly, making us feel super welcome with snacks and drinks while keeping focused. It was a great experience overall. I got the news the next week, so the wait wasn't too long, which was awesome.
