The interview process was pretty straightforward. It involved 3 rounds of interviews done one after another. These included a CV review, a behavioral chat, and a case study. They actually send you the case the day before so you can look it over and get ready for it.

The first two interviews were really great, with HR getting back quickly with thorough feedback and details on the next step. The HR person was enthusiastic, kept in touch, and was very helpful. The managers I spoke with were also engaging. All in all, it was a good experience. However, the third and final stage had some issues – they had trouble finding a partner who was available due to busy schedules, so the final stage ended up being 2-3 weeks after the previous one. While that's not inherently bad, it was quite a long wait. The final interview is with a partner; mine arrived a bit late and only gave me 40 minutes of the scheduled hour, mentioning it was their lunch break because they were so swamped. I get that partners are busy, but the 40 minutes felt like they just wanted to get it over with, rather than have a proper chat. I felt rushed to answer and didn't get a chance to ask my prepared questions. Then, after being told it would be a few days, I didn't hear back for over a week, and I suspect it's because I followed up to get an answer. They still haven't contacted me to arrange feedback on the final interview (it's been over a month now), which is why I'm writing this, so I can understand where I didn't meet expectations. It's a shame the final interview was such a letdown because the earlier ones were excellent. It really gives the impression that once they decide not to make an offer, their stated commitment to feedback and support kind of disappears.
