The interview was conducted via Teams. The HR person was very nice and smiling. She started the interview by asking about my university path, then moved on to why I chose that company and how my studies relate to the agri-food industry.

It's very challenging, there are multiple steps to get to the final selection. The selection is broad and your role is clearly explained. On average, we're talking about 3 interviews.

First call to get to know each other. They asked me personal questions about my university path, the exams I still need to take for my degree, my university education, my language skills, and my MS Office package skills. The interview ended with one or two final questions in English.
