Marketing Intern
after sending my cv, I had a first contact via email with HR to set up the first call with HR, then an online test, if I pass it I go to the call with the brand or product manager and HR.
- Why would you like to join Barilla?
Marketing Intern
First, there was a psychometric test sent via email. Then, an online interview with HR. Finally, an in-person meeting with all the managers at the Parma office.
- Where do you see yourself in 10 years?
Marketing Intern
The process starts with an initial get-to-know-you chat, then there's an in-person group assessment where you also have the interview with the manager. I stopped after the initial chat. The HR seemed too young for my taste. I think they didn't pick me because I mentioned I had another offer pending.
- Can you introduce yourself?
- What is your motivation for applying to Barilla?
- Could you tell us about a project you completed during your university studies?
