First, there was an initial getting-to-know-you chat with HR, and then a meeting with a senior manager. This involved a business case where we had to figure out the return on an action for marketing and digital communication.

I had an initial 20-30 minute Teams call with an HR person. They talked a bit about the role, but unfortunately, the HR person didn't have all the details about the position. Afterwards, I was asked a few questions.

Behavioral Other

I went through a few rounds of interviews, and the questions were pretty standard. They focused on my delivery rather than my actual fit for the role, which was a bit unusual for an executive position. What really stood out was having the HR lead in the interviews, which I've never experienced before, even in larger companies. It felt like she was overseeing everything, even though her expertise isn't in marketing. This was a strange dynamic compared to other final interviews I've had.
