Internship
My Barilla interview experience was pretty bad. The first interview on Aug 14 was moved last minute, then rescheduled. On the new date, I was on time for the Teams meeting but the interviewer never showed up. I emailed them after, but got no reply. It seemed unprofessional after all the effort.
No confirmed questions were included in this interview report.
Intern
First, a get-to-know-you chat with HR. If they like you, you'll be invited to an assessment day, which is set up like this. - We'll start with a welcome and a quick rundown of development paths (20 mins). - Then, you'll get a business case to read and analyze on your own (10 mins), followed by a discussion about your proposed solution with a top manager and HR (30 mins). - Finally, there's a one-on-one with another top manager and HR (30 mins).
- How do you interact with individuals who have taken on leadership roles in your university projects?
Intern
The interview process was very personal and appreciative. It started with a conversation with HR, followed by another with the department I applied to. Both talks were really nice! They explained the position well and gave me a lot of insight into how the company works.
- Could you tell me about your strengths and weaknesses?
- What has been your biggest success?
- Can you elaborate on your previous experiences?
