My Barilla interview experience was pretty bad. The first interview on Aug 14 was moved last minute, then rescheduled. On the new date, I was on time for the Teams meeting but the interviewer never showed up. I emailed them after, but got no reply. It seemed unprofessional after all the effort.

The interview process was very personal and appreciative. It started with a conversation with HR, followed by another with the department I applied to. Both talks were really nice! They explained the position well and gave me a lot of insight into how the company works.
