Executive Assistant
I had a phone screen with a recruiter. I thought everything went well and I had all the skills required for the position. I was a little concerned about the personal assistant portion of the job, as I had a previous employer who abused this part of the role. Otherwise I thought the job sounded great. I even sent a polite follow up reiterating my interest and clarifying my position on personal assistance - I do enjoy that part of the job, just not when it overwhelms the business side of things. Never heard from them again, not even a polite rejection email. It’s too bad they decided to unprofessionally ghost me, I liked everything I heard and would have enjoyed further interviews. Maybe the boss IS someone who places more value on the personal assistance part of the role.

Account Executive
I applied online and then the HR coordinator emailed me to set up an interview with the recruiter. This first chat with the recruiter was chill, chatty, and gave me a good vibe about the company. After that, I had an interview with two sales managers. That was also super conversational and casual, but we talked about a lot. They asked me standard but important interview questions like why I wanted to work there and how I handle stress. The third interview was a phone call with the VP of sales. The pressure was on, and it felt like a more formal interview. He really dug into my background and what I could bring to the company. He's a cool dude, even though the interview was a bit intense. I got an offer pretty quickly after that from the recruiter.
- How has your past experience equipped you for this role at our company?

Customer Success Manager
I had a typical HR screening and then an interview with the hiring manager. Both felt like a waste of my time. After investing time in these interviews, I didn't hear back. I followed up with the screener who said she'd follow up the next week. She didn't, so I sent another follow-up. I was totally ghosted. It doesn't take long to send a message like "we are moving forward with other applicants." I spent hours customizing my resume, applying, and doing 2 interviews.
- Can you describe your experience working with customers?
Order Processor
The lead corporate recruiter will reach out to you first. They will ask you some basic questions about whether you are okay with the hours, pay, and so on. After that, you'll be called in for a face-to-face interview. This interview will be with three people at the same time, but it'll feel more like a conversation.
- What did you enjoy about your previous job?
- What did you dislike about your last job?
- What was the reason for leaving your last position?
