It was very laid-back, they were really interested in making sure I'd be happy in the job and placed in a role I desired. They wanted to know about my goals and how they could help me achieve them while I provided excellent patient care. It's faith-based, which was refreshing to see in an employer; they actually live by their faith and pray, not just have a Christian name.

I had a one on one interview with the CNO and department director. Then I was called back for a panel interview. The facility manager seemed unprepared for it though. Only one staff nurse showed up and the interview felt rushed.

Great interview experience! The Director of Nursing shared details about the onboarding. It was relaxed and I really liked it! I'd suggest this company if you're looking for a supportive team!
