It started with a quick phone call, and then there was only one main interview, which was pretty straightforward. It felt more like a conversation, very relaxed. The people interviewing me were really nice and made me feel welcome.

The interview process felt unorganized and unfocused. It seemed like the interviewers weren't really sure what the job entailed, as nobody could provide details about salary or when hiring might happen.

I applied and heard back about two months later for an interview with the hiring manager. The interview was on Friday, and I got an offer the next Monday. I asked for a benefits package before accepting, but they said no. The recruiter pushed to move fast so I could start orientation this month, so I accepted. Then I didn't hear anything for about a month and a half. They don't call to verify employment. I got a call saying an employer from 2012 couldn't be verified, and my offer amount would be lowered unless I provided proof. When I called my old employer, they said if the recruiter had called, they would have given her the instructions to verify.
