Director
It was a smooth, multi-round, cross-functional interview process. I spoke with executives from Engineering, Operations, and Corporate Planning, and also interviewed with HR. The final round included a skip-level interview. There were a total of four rounds: two panel interviews, an interview with the hiring manager, and the skip-level leader interview.

- Could you share some specific examples of accomplishments that are relevant to this role?
Director
The interview process here can be lengthy, involving both individual and, more recently, panel interviews. Getting a position at Baptist Health is quite competitive; many candidates have long sought employment here and faced numerous interviews. It’s considered fortunate to even reach this stage of the hiring process, as many have tried for years without success.
- What unique skills do you possess that distinguish you from other suitable candidates?
Director
After leaving several voice mails for the recruiter, I had a phone screening. This was followed by a second phone screen and then two panel interviews, each with 4 to 10 people. The entire hiring process took about 30 days. Some recruiters keep in close contact with managers.
- Tell me about a time you encountered a problem that didn't go as planned. What was the result, what did you learn, and what would you change about your approach?
