The interview process was really thorough and efficient, and overall, I had a positive experience. The units I met on hiring day were super friendly and welcoming throughout the whole interview. I'd recommend interviewing here if you're a new grad nurse looking for a good first interview experience and want to see what Baptist has to offer.

The interview process was super easy and straightforward. They called me first and asked some basic screening questions to see what hours I'm available. During that call, they set up an in-person interview and sent me an email with the location details.

Getting an interview with this place is extremely difficult. Once I finally secured one, the interviewers didn't actually ask me about my qualifications or work history. Instead, the interviewer spoke about the doctors' dislikes and mentioned that two previous employees were let go because they weren't truthful in their interviews. After that, she said she'd be in touch, but I never heard back. She didn't even provide a business card, which is common practice, nor did she respond to my follow-up email thanking her for the interview. This experience suggests issues stemming from having office managers with such long tenure.

I got a call from a recruiter and my interview was set for the next day via video. But, their video wasn't working, so it turned into a phone interview. I talked with the department manager and about 2-3 other people. It started off easy, then got a bit more in-depth with typical questions. They gave me a lot of feedback and it felt more like a conversation, which made it less nerve-wracking. I interviewed on a Thursday and heard back with an offer the following Monday. I had 48 hours to accept or decline. Overall, it was a good experience and I'm excited to start.
