Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Bankinter.
Intern
It was a group mechanics process. The interviewers were very friendly and the practical case was quite entertaining, where we had to brainstorm and reach a consensus on how to promote financial culture in young people.
- Can you state your name?
- What knowledge do you possess regarding our company?
- Could you share details about your university?
Intern
It started with a phone call, then a group activity with about 12 people, and finally an interview with the chosen department. The group activity is pretty straightforward and not technical; they want to see how you react in situations. Midway through, it switches to English.
- What motivates you?
- What are you interested in?
- Could you go over your CV?
Intern
- Discuss the main problems of a bank today and how we would solve them.
