First I had an interview with someone from Capitol, as the contract would be with them. Then I had another call with another person from the same company to give me some advice for the final interview. Finally, I had an interview with four people from Bankinter to talk about my experience. The interview seemed to go well and it felt like they were interested. However, they never contacted me again. I also wrote to the consultancy handling the process to ask for an update, but I didn't get a response either. Honestly, I think it's disrespectful to the candidates' time to go through several interviews and then not receive any feedback or communication.

I applied in mid-September 2025. HR in Spain contacted me for a quick chat in mid-October. I followed up on my application and then went through a series of interviews from late November to early December. An HR assistant let me know I was selected for the role. In January, I followed up with the HR Director, who told me the process was on hold. What does that even mean? It's a joke. As of today, I still haven't received a final decision, yes or no. I suspect they already hired someone internally. Not professional at all! Please hide this to avoid wasting time and energy.

It was a group mechanics process. The interviewers were very friendly and the practical case was quite entertaining, where we had to brainstorm and reach a consensus on how to promote financial culture in young people.
