Intern
They'll text you to confirm the interview, which is online via Zoom. They'll send you the link. Just log in about 15 minutes before, and then you'll talk with the manager who will ask you some questions.
- What motivated your interest in working here?
Intern
It was pretty basic. I interviewed with 2 people. They asked behavioral questions. They asked me to describe my work experience and where I'd like to be in 5 years. They also asked if I want to be in insurance. It was very laid back. The interviewers were the 2 direct superiors of the interns and they were extremely friendly, they just wanted to get to know me to see if they could work with me for a whole summer.
- Where do you see yourself in 5 years?
Intern
The interview was set up within 15 days of meeting the branch manager at my school's career fair. It was a face-to-face, super casual chat with the Branch manager about my goals and aspirations. He didn't get into the nitty-gritty of the job details until after I had already started.
- In 10 years, where do you envision yourself being?
