Got a call from a recruiter who talked about some openings and set up an interview for the next day. I was told to join a Zoom meeting 10-15 minutes early, but no reason was given. I logged in about 4 minutes before it started and realized it was a group thing with a presentation already happening. They required cameras on and a business-casual dress code. It wasn't really an interview, more of a sales pitch. They offered a $1000 sign-on bonus if I got licensed and talked about trips to the Bahamas. The person, Paul, was really pushing it, but I'd been through this before, which they would've known if they'd asked anything. Total waste of my time.

It was a quick, easy, and natural interview process. I had laughs the whole way home. The people were super cool, and I would love to work there. The process included phone and in-person interviews. It seems worth it.
