Customer Service Representative
The interview had to be rescheduled because of dress code restrictions, but I declined to do it a second time. I wish they had mentioned earlier that jeans are not considered business formal.

Customer Service Representative
I was contacted by Pat who said my resume was a great match for an open position. She asked what kind of work I was looking for, and I mentioned I enjoy working with people. Pat said the position was customer service and mentioned a path to management with coaching and mentoring responsibilities. When I asked for more company info, she directed me to the website, warning it might look like a sales job but emphasizing it's customer service. At the interview, I learned within 2 minutes that the Customer Service position is actually a 100% commission-based sales position. I was very upset because Pat assured me it wasn't sales, and I felt very deceived. While the job sounded okay and the training seemed good, and the interviewer was nice, I'm not interested in sales at all. It really bothered me that I drove 45 minutes each way because Pat was dishonest about the nature of the job.

Customer Service Representative
First, we had a Zoom briefing to go over a company summary. Then, we answered a questionnaire to see if they were interested. If they were, we got a call for an interview. The process was pretty easy. Really happy with the whole thing!
