I applied online and about a week later, I got an interview invite from BPI. It was Feb 14, 2017. I was 30 mins late and in the second batch for the exam. Before the exam, we had to fill out some personal info on computers. The exam had 3 parts and felt like a timed elimination test. I passed all three parts. Then came the initial HR interview, with one interviewer for every 5 applicants in a cubicle. The HR told us to wait for a text about the Final interview. Two weeks later, I got a text for the final interview, which had casual & situational questions from the branch head. After waiting a month and a half, BPI texted me with a job offer, detailing the salary, benefits, requirements, and a medical referral form. I'm now just waiting for contract signing. The whole process took about 3 months.

First, I entered my personal data on the computer then we waited for the exam. It has 3 sets, it will be better if you come to their office as early as possible. I had my exam at 1pm and the HR told us (those who passed the exam) to comeback tomorrow for initial interview. They scheduled our interview at 1:30 to 4:pm. After the interview, the HR told us to wait for at least 2 weeks for feedback or another set of interview. After 2 days, I received a message that I will have my final interview. After the final interview, I haven't heard from them. Its almost a month.

So I went through 3 interviews. First was with HR, it was just a screening and took a few minutes. They asked about stuff on my resume like my objective, work experiences, and skills. They also asked why I chose BPI and about my short-term and long-term goals. The second interview was with another HR person and was pretty comprehensive, mine took an hour but usually it's about 20 minutes. They asked 'tell me about yourself' and repeated screening questions but in more detail. They asked about my edge over others, strengths/weaknesses, why they should hire me, how I can be an asset, and my contribution. Remember to know the company profile and job description! I forgot some questions but it's okay to be honest and calm. The last interview was with the Area Head, my boss's boss. He didn't ask many questions, mostly focused on my sincerity to join BPI, staying longer, and career advancement. Companies want to keep employees because recruiting is costly. My last interview was like a casual chat, the second one was the hardest.
