I put in my application on March 3rd and then had my first chat with HR on March 25th. After that, I got set up for an interview with the Line Manager, and then I had to do an exam and put together a mock report. The next thing was a panel interview with the Line Manager on April 24th. Things went quiet after that until June 4th, when they told me the hiring for the role was on pause because of some team shake-ups internally.

The recruitment process took place over a single day. It started with an initial HR interview, followed by an exam consisting of three sets. Passing all three sets was necessary to proceed to the selection stage. After successfully completing the final exam set, there was another HR interview, and then a final interview at the branch.

I applied via LinkedIn and got a Viber message and call for an initial interview the next day. After that, I received an email with a link for an exam covering math, logic, and English. Upon passing, they scheduled a face-to-face line interview at BPI Buendia. Two days later, I was notified that my job offer was up for approval and I needed to start completing requirements. The whole process was efficient, with regular updates on my application status, making it the quickest bank application I've had.
