It was a fair and thorough process, with a balanced panel of 3 people. They gave us plenty of time to ask questions. Got good feedback post interview. There was a presentation to be completed on a relevant topic and submitted in advance. They followed up within a week.

I was given 48 hours notice to attend an in-person interview in Dublin from the UK, and they expected me to pay for my own flight, which they do not reimburse. They then agreed to a phone interview instead. I haven't heard anything back since, even after multiple attempts to contact them. It was good that I didn't end up paying for the flight. It was unprofessional and ignorant. I wouldn't apply again or be a customer.

I applied through a recruitment agency and things were moving along well. But, after the last interviews, I didn't hear anything back. Even when I asked for an update a few times, there was no reply. It's really rude to ghost someone after they've spent time and effort on the interviews.
