Submitted an online application with aptitude tests. Got invited to an assessment day several months later, after applying in October/November time. The assessment day was in late January for the technology graduate program. It involved a group interview with a case study, an individual interview with a case study, and an individual competency-based interview. It seems there was also a background check stage.
