once through to the live interview stage it involved a one day test centre. there was a one to one interview as per normal interviews going through CV, one to one case study interview and a group interview where candidates were brought in to a board room and given a role as a senior manager and had to act out a scenario/negotiation of budget allocation.

I learned about the interview just two days prior. It was an alright interview, although the panel was not very chatty. They did ask some challenging questions. After the interview, I followed up for weeks, but unfortunately, I never heard back.
