The interview had three people on the panel, and they asked questions mainly about finance and operations, but more on the finance side. The whole thing barely took 15 minutes. You get selected based on an exam by IBPS. Even though it sounds like a government job, it doesn't really feel like one from the inside. If you're okay with not having huge salaries but want job security, this is the place. Overall, it was a good experience, despite the fees.
- Can you explain the difference between credit and debit cards?

It was a campus recruitment drive. It was a two step process: Group Discussion (10 students) and Personal interview (panel interview). There was a power point presentation presented by GM of the bank and the key areas that were covered were history of bank, work culture, promotion prospects and KRA's for the applied position.

- What is customer relationship management?
Officer
There was a written test conducted by IBP S. If you cleared that, you would be called for an interview. The interview panel included seniors from the Bank and they asked some basic questions about banking and your past experience.
