So after you apply online, we'll give you a call to set up a time for you to come in. When you get here, we'll just chat about your background and why you're interested in this role, it's pretty laid back. Then, you'll have to do a written test. It's got some basic finance and accounting stuff, plus a short essay. If you're a business major, it shouldn't be too tough. If you nail the test, we'll call you back to get the onboarding rolling.

Semi-difficult interview, especially with the main guy. I didn't prepare as well as I should've, and they gave me short notice. Definitely research the company because they will ask you about it. The interview was an hour and a half. It should have ended there because the guy pretty much hinted I wouldn't get the job. Fortunately, he offered advice instead of being condescending, so it wasn't all bad. I interviewed with him and three other people. The others were easygoing and didn't ask tough questions like the first guy. To make matters worse, they validated my parking, but I still had to pay. A waste of time and money.

I talked to HR on the phone first. Then I met with the Department Head and two managers. The interview seemed to go well, but when HR called to offer me the salary, they didn't send a written offer, and it seemed like there was room to negotiate. HR was nice, but the manager was either on another line or I was on speakerphone without knowing they were there. I heard the manager yell 'no' when HR seemed to want to be more flexible, which I found inappropriate.
