The interview was pretty chill and low-key. They mostly asked standard questions, and it felt like they really wanted to get to know me as a person, not just check boxes. I had two interviews, and they were both super relaxed and down-to-earth.

Because of COVID-19, the interview was done over the phone. I spoke with three different hiring managers from the group, each for their own department. It took about a month to hear back. After that, I spoke with the recruiter and got hired within two days. They really like asking about your weaknesses.

The interview process was laid-back and felt more like a chat than a Q&A. It's a good idea to have some questions ready to keep the discussion flowing. It was about 30 minutes long on Zoom and involved talking to people from different departments and managers.
