It started with a phone interview covering basic experience questions. Then, a face-to-face interview involved detailed experience Q&A with HR, a computer skills test (Microsoft Office), an interview with the department manager, and finally a brief chat with the CEO. Overall, it was a standard interview experience, not particularly difficult. They don't inform you if you're not selected, and I didn't hear back for two months. Then, out of the blue, I got an offer and was asked to start immediately, the next day.

So, the first part was a phone interview with HR. We talked about my resume, like all my experience, before they offered me an on-site interview. They asked a lot about my education and skills. Then, about a week later, I had the on-site interview. I'm getting ready for that one.

The process was pretty chill and friendly. For most jobs, expect verbal and numerical tests, plus a typing test. Questions mostly centered on how you'd handle the duties of the role you're applying for. It started with a phone screening, then an onsite interview, and if they think you're a good fit, you'll meet with the general manager.
