The interview process for this role was pretty standard. It involved questions about my experience, what I knew about the industry, and specifically about Bank of America Merchant Services. They also asked about how I handle decision making, teamwork, and general personality traits. The initial interview went on for over an hour. Following that, about a week later, I had two more phone interviews, each around 30 minutes long, with two important executives in the company. After that, there was a background check and then an offer was extended.

the interview process was easy because I was recommended for the job. I submitted an app online and interviewed with the manager and then moved on to an interview with the area manager. If you are not recommended for the job and the manager is not aware of your background, you have to make it clear that you love sales and that you are super outgoing and have the mentality and attitude to sell.
